I suggest we stop spending too much time probing at depression, and start promoting happiness. The pursuit of happiness is essential in living your best life. Happiness is a choice and a skill.  I want to help you live your happiest life.

Research clearly shows that our bodies are healthier when we are happier. Our muscles are more relaxed; we produce greater amounts of our anti-aging hormone (DHEA) and our happiness hormone (serotonin).  We also produce less stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol, which can have damaging impacts on our bodies, and affect our moods.

I work with clients to rewire their brains and start to live in a way that’s open, honest and authentic.  Happiness is the cornerstone of both good health and an enlightened life and you my darling deserve both of these things.
