What a big question

9 weeks in the Amazon with a native tribe who value the plant kingdom above all else, who work hard to heal others, who dedicate their lives to talking to the plants and allowing them to work through those who devote themselves to them.

To the obstacles of sticky humid heat and constant bites

To the uncomfortable realisations of shadows through triggers in others

To the support and wisdom from my teachers

What I truly have let at least sit in my heart for really the very first time, I can honestly say is

SELF WORTH

Yup finally and a very uneasy ride, I’m navigating what self worth really is.

Realising how much I give to others in the hope to fill my cup, but often feel disappointed or underwhelmed.

Realising I’ve too frequently entered relationships and friendships which don’t yet reciprocate what I so easily give

I ask for honesty, authentic communication and offer love to all

But now I realise that DISCERNMENT is required

Which then means that in turn this fosters my self worth. It fosters how I spend my time with those that really deserve it rather than everyone simply because I have a huge capacity to love ❤️

So I may have travelled all the way to the Amazon to learn something many of you already know but for me clearly I needed to make it a hard lesson physically, emotionally and spiritually to learn something I hope everyone that reads this has.

Because really it’s a building block

And I’m only just realising and unfolding it into life

We shine like nature
We spiral like nature
We breathe the same air as nature
We drink the same water that nature does
We are shone on by the same sun as nature

We just forget what nature does not
That we are all connected and unified
We only suffer when we seperate ourselves

The law of nature is CONNECTION, which in fact encompasses everything, sustains us and is all that truly exists in reality

This is a reminder today to connect to those deeper parts of self you avoid or ignore or lean in to those difficult conversations with those you judge are seperate from you

Nature reminds us we are UNIFIED

Wow what an incredible day I had a powerful cere

Wow what an incredible day

I had a powerful ceremony on Friday night stayed up all night writing afterwards many business ideas and another book came through in full force to write. I got to share the principles with a fellow passehero who is called to me Blue Alien Bob. I then woke watched the sunrise and saw many animals - black birds, centipedes, a massive kambi frog, a army of ants, my favourite beautiful baby girl Murcha a dog and her baby Noi. I fed them and dry fasted so they got my food for the day then I soaked myself in a plant bath and before it I set up a quick altar to honour @jorgesanchezhk1

A young 22 year old Shipibo man who is one of the workers and who I invited into ceremony 2 weeks ago

He had never sat with aya and he sat twice in a week then I served him in my own ceremony at which he had he’s deepest yet experience. Since I have taken him under my wing to teach him how to be a currendero.

I know one day I will be a custodian of a retreat here in the Amazon and my wish is Jorge will be alongside me to serve and look after it as his home and heal many people as a Shipibo currendero

I don’t know where to begin with my gratitude.
You came to me earlier in the year, calling me to you to come deep in the Amazon.
I never realised how deep you could show me love.
I never knew that I emptied my cup sooooo much that I’ve often left myself utterly depleted
I never really understood my boundaries till now.
I know that your deep wisdom and love will carry me far beyond what I could have ever imagined.
That the more I commune with you that you not only protect me from others but you teach me how to stay in grace, love and compassion even when things are hurled my way.
You give me strength and have held me so well not just today when I was ready to break but always you are always there.
